Executive Office Assistant

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Peppermint Communications and INTICEDE, you will be instrumental in supporting the CEO to enhance their effectiveness. Your role will require exceptional professionalism with strong communication, people management, operations, and administration skills. A background in the Fashion, Apparel, Events, and Exhibition industry would be advantageous. The job is based in Bhiwandi (Kalyan), Mumbai, with an experience requirement of 5 to 8 years and a salary package ranging from 3 to 4 Lacs. Your responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, emails, and appointments. You will act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, oversee the administrative team, streamline organizational processes, and coordinate meetings and events. Additionally, you will handle travel arrangements, prepare documents and reports, assist in projects, conduct research, and support event planning. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. Previous experience as an executive assistant in the Fashion, Apparel, or Exhibition industry is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
