Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Office Assistant based in Vapi. The Executive Office Assistant will be responsible for handling phone calls with proper etiquette, assisting with various administrative tasks, managing office equipment and clerical duties, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. The role includes organizing and scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, coordinating with departments, and supporting the executive team with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Language fluency in English and Hindi
• AutoCAD Drawing skills
