Job Description

As an Executive Office Assistant at our company, your role will involve handling various tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling outbound/inbound calls for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and support. - Assisting with accounts, billing, and invoice processing. - Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. - Managing office documentation and basic administrative tasks. - Coordinating with team members for smooth operations. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's Degree. - Good communication skills in English & Hindi. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & Tally Prime. - Familiarity with billing/accounting software is a plus. - Being organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. If you are a fresher or have 1-2 years of experience, you are welcome to apply for this position. The work hours are from 0830 AM to 0500 PM, Monday to Saturday. Immediate joiners are preferred.
