Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Office Assistant located in Hisar. The Executive Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks including managing phone communications, maintaining office equipment, and performing clerical duties. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and providing support to ensure efficient office operations.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Strong Administrative Assistance abilities
• Experience with Office Equipment management
• Expertise in performing Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and office software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
