We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Office Administrator to support our executive team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and maintain confidential documents and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
