Role Overview:

New Product Formulation Executive

strong background in food science, nutrition, or pharmaceutical formulation

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Formulation

•Develop new formulations for nutraceutical and functional food products (tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, syrups, effervescent tablets, etc.)

•Work with suppliers to evaluate and source active ingredients, excipients, and delivery systems.

•Ensure formulation stability, compatibility, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

•Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and procurement for pilot batches, scaling up, and validation.

•Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide technical support for customer presentations and product concepts.

•Prepare product dossiers, specifications, and supporting documents for client approvals.

•Support client discussions by translating technical formulations into commercial benefits.

Market & Regulatory Awareness

FSSAI, Ayush, and nutraceutical guidelines

•Monitor global trends in nutraceutical ingredients, delivery formats, and health benefit areas.

•Evaluate the feasibility of introducing new dosage forms or innovative delivery technologies.
