Role: Factory Head – Aluva (On-site, Full-time)

Factory Head

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end plant operations and production planning
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance (FSSAI or similar)
Coordinate across departments for smooth execution
Lead and motivate teams towards operational goals
Drive continuous improvement and support new projects

Qualifications

B.Pharm or equivalent (higher qualifications an advantage)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in capsulation within nutraceutical or pharma manufacturing
Strong regulatory knowledge and operational expertise
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage teams and enhance plant performance
