What we expect

  • Generate regular enquiries and secure customer appointments
  • Drive successful sales closures and execute contracts/orders
  • Ensure timely payment and advance collection
  • Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts
  • Meet targets for order intake, bid submissions, and sales activities
  • Navigate internal systems and coordinate with commercial/BSC teams
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, builders, and government agencies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project success
  • Possess commercial knowledge (GST, customs duty, etc.)
  • Participate in performance reviews with branch, region, and HQ
  • Support final negotiations, conflict resolution, and collections

Who we are looking for
  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Working experience of 2-5 years and at least 2 years in the Elevator or similar Industry.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and decision-making
  • Experience in winning and managing lift industry projects
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
