Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction

• Connect with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and chat to discuss stock market-related products and services.
• Address queries related to investment strategies, market trends, and account management.
  

Product Promotion

• Promote stock market products like equity, mutual funds, bonds, or portfolio management services (PMS).
• Educate clients on the benefits and risks of various financial instruments.
  

Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Ensure regular follow-ups to address client needs and encourage long-term investment.
  

Sales Target Achievement

• Work towards individual and team sales targets by converting leads into active clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on client profiles.
  

Market Updates And Insights

• Share timely updates on stock market trends, insights, and research reports to help clients make informed decisions.
  

Customer Support

• Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, fund transfers, and compliance requirements.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales (preferably in financial services).
• Basic understanding of stock markets and investment products.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  

Preferred Skills

• NISM or equivalent certification in financial markets (optional but preferred).
• Prior experience in a stockbroking or financial advisory firm.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for client management.
