Job Description Minimum 4+ years of experience into HR Data analytics. Job description: Analyze recruitment data to assess sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to provide actionable insights. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management. Use data to recommend process improvements in sourcing strategies and candidate experience. Partner with recruiters and TAG leadership to create real-time dashboards and performance reports.
