Job Summary: TeknoDome India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced IT & ERP professional to manage, maintain, and support the IT systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision) ERP at our state-of-the-art TV manufacturing plant in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. The ERP implementation is being led by external consultants; this role will serve as the internal owner and first-level support for ERP and IT infrastructure post-implementation. Key Responsibilities: ERP Responsibilities: · Act as the primary internal resource for Microsoft Business Central (MSBC) ERP system. · Coordinate with external ERP consultants during and after implementation for issue resolution, updates, and enhancements. · Provide first-level user support and training for ERP users across functions like procurement, inventory, finance, production, and sales. · Monitor system usage, user access controls, and data integrity. · Support ERP-related process improvements and documentation. · Assist in creating reports and dashboards using available ERP tools and extensions. IT Infrastructure Responsibilities: · Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of existing IT infrastructure including: LAN, Internet, Firewalls, Desktops, Printers, CCTV, Telephone Exchange, etc. · Liaise with external IT vendors for hardware/software troubleshooting and AMC support. · Manage user accounts and basic data backup and security protocols. · Support email and communication systems used by the company. Required Qualification: · Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering; additional certifications in ERP/IT preferred. · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP management, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Business Central (D365 BC) or Navision. · Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure in a manufacturing plant setup. · Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, basic networking, and endpoint management. Key Skills: · Strong understanding of MS Business Central/NAV modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing). · Problem-solving and root cause analysis for ERP and IT issues. · Good communication skills to coordinate with both technical teams and non-technical users. · Proactive and self-driven with attention to detail. · Documentation and reporting skills. Preferred Qualification: · Experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant environment. · Exposure to integration of ERP with production equipment or shop floor systems. · Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
