Hardware and Software Deployment : Efficient deployment of IT hardware (Laptop/IPAD) and software across the region to ensure seamless operations. Technical and Support Services : Providing internal and external technical assistance to address and resolve IT issues(Websites\A2A\C2NG\Fareeye). OSD Deployment : Implementing and managing Operating System Deployment processes for streamlined setup and configuration of devices. NGWS Queries : Managing and resolving queries related to the Next Generation Workstation Solution (NGWS) for enhanced user support entire region(Bit logger Key\Admin Portal). Tracking and Shipping API Support : Supporting and optimizing regional API integrations for tracking and shipping operations. Sales MIS : Rotational Morning shift and automate the process if needed. HAM Module Management : Overseeing the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module of DHL for asset tracking and utilization. Process Automation : Streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency through automated processes. IT Operations and Critical Patches : Managing global IT operations and deploying essential OSD and security patches to safeguard systems. R & D : Test and exploring new technologies and solutions to improve processes and systems. Coordination with Network Team : Collaborating with the network team to ensure seamless connectivity and resolve network-related issues for the region
