JOB ROLE OVERVIEW:

Comms Craft

This is for an entry-level and full-time job role within our team.

Our firm is seeking out enthusiastic professionals who are starting out their career - and are passionate about learning the work, open to taking on new challenges, and committed to contributing + completing the responsibilities given to them with diligence and precision.

The ideal candidate must possess positive attitude/ outlook to learn, good work ethic, proactiveness, and deep sense of accountability towards the workplace and tasks given to them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Servicing for Clients at Comms Craft:

• Assist with servicing the clients at our firm – coordinate/ be part of implementing key brand PR initiatives and month-on-month outreach activities that are planned
• Research work on – existing and new media/ influencer networks, industry trends, PR calendars etc
• Content writing for – PR pitch content notes, press releases, media queries, and more
• Coordinate across the board for – new and ongoing opportunities to position our client brands, ongoing queries etc
• Documentation work on – monthly reports, coverage tracking and analysis, and beyond
• Regular media monitoring and updates – print, digital and social media

Assist with Internal Work for Comms Craft:

• Social media pages – research/ create focused content for our firm's pages, monthly calendars, new ideas
• Assist on all business development and internal initiatives
• Research – relevant media queries and networking events, interview/ speaker/ author opportunities that elevate the positioning of our firm and top management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILL SET:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in PR/ Mass Communications
• At least 6 months to 1.5 years of work experience in the field
• Passion and focus to add value in synergy with our firm’s standards and goals
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and precision-oriented execution
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude to learn + contribute
