Executive Inside Sales

You will be working as an Executive Inside Sales at Ecozen in Pune, focusing on the Business Unit Ecofrost and the product Solar Cold Rooms primarily in the states of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Fluency in Telugu is mandatory, and proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, and English is also required. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through various channels such as inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. You will need to understand customer needs and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. As an Executive Inside Sales, you will be pivotal in achieving the customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You should be adept at making numerous calls daily, collaborating with the field sales team, qualifying prospects, and ultimately closing sales. Other duties will involve researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, maintaining and expanding your prospect database in the assigned territory. You will also work with channel partners to generate leads and facilitate deal closures, as well as conducting effective online demonstrations for prospects. To excel in this role, you must possess proven inside sales experience, a history of exceeding quotas, a strong phone presence, and familiarity with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation abilities, effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills are essential. A bachelor's degree is also a prerequisite for this position.,
