About The Gig

We are seeking an experienced

Executive - Infor ERPImplementation / Project

to lead theend-to-end deployment of the Infor ERP suite across our organization. The executivewill work closely with internal stakeholders to assess business requirements,configure and customize modules, ensure seamless integration, manage change,and ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.

What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Management:

Develop and manage a comprehensive implementation roadmap.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Requirement Gathering:

Conduct workshops with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Integration & Data Migration:

Integrate Infor ERP with existing applications.
Oversee and validate data migration from legacy systems.

Testing & Training:

Lead system and user acceptance testing.
Train users and develop training materials/user manuals.

Go-live & Support:

Support go-live activities and ensure a stable transition.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between the client’s business and technical teams.
Report progress to senior management and provide strategic guidance.

What You Bring

Proven experience in implementing Infor ERP solutions (LN & OS)
Strong functional knowledge in one or more business domains: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, etc.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
