LKQ India Private Limited Job Description Date Completed: Job Title: Executive Human Resource Team Member E1 Salary Grade / FLSA: NA Full Time / Contract: Full Time Last Revised: Job Code: Reports to: Team Lead- HR Operation Prepared Date: 01-04-2025 Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end HR operational activities, overseeing employee life cycle, design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Essential Job Duties: Oversee HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure precise management of employee data. Assist in collecting and analyzing compensation and benefits data for benchmarking and internal equity. Help prepare compensation reports and analytics for decision-making and audit purposes. Analyze HR metrics and produce reports to aid strategic decisions. Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate compensation and benefits information. Coordinate the On-boarding program for new employees. Facilitate the appraisal process, including reviewing and rating employee performances in collaboration with supervisors/Department Heads. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy. Provide advice and assistance with organizational development, change management, and workforce planning. Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and help analyze results. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership on total rewards metrics. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Requirements: Any Graduate degree with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resource function Understanding compensation structures, salary surveys and evaluation methodologies. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization. Basic understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and HR functions. The ability to multi-task, Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Desired Skills: Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Darwin box).
