Job Description

Role & responsibilities Essential Job Duties: Design and implement employee experience and engagement frameworks Conduct regular meetings with employees, business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary Create ways to measure and assess engagement Analyze employee feedback and provide actionable insights Review management practices, policies, and their impact on the employee experience Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization to drive holistic well-being Review and enhance the employer brand Build a culture of trust Help line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance Education & Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in employee experience, business partnering & employee engagement MBA in HR / MSW in HR or Psychology Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, highly organized and good people skills Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations Proficient in todays office technology, and computer software including MS Office Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Discretion with personal and confidential information
