Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
Address employee queries, grievances, and escalate when necessary
Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding formalities
Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and HR support
Promote a positive work culture and uphold company values

Preferred candidate profile

03 years of experience in HR functions (Freshers with basic HR knowledge are welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
