Executive – HR Recruiter | End-to-End Hiring

Objective:

To manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes using digital tools and platforms, ensuring timely and quality hiring while enhancing candidate experience and supporting organizational growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and ATS platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle via ATS, ensuring timely updates and smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for performance tracking and improvement.
• Open to working under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency in hiring processes.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficient in Excel and MIS reporting for tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.

• Recruitment Skills:

  Strong in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers for timely closures.

Experience & Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
