Executive - HR Operations

You will be responsible for the operational functions of the organization as an Executive - HR Operations. Your primary duties will include handling on-boarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits of employees. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating employee records and files, ensuring smooth exit formalities and full & final settlements, and managing HR databases and HRIS accurately. One of your key responsibilities will be to generate reports, dashboards, and HR metrics as needed. You will also be managing attendance, leave, and time sheet data, supporting the administration of employee benefits and reimbursements, and ensuring that HR processes are in compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Moreover, you will be required to maintain HR-related statutory records and coordinate audits, serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries. Furthermore, you will provide operational support for employee engagement activities, drawing on your proven management and supervisory experience in HR operations. Effective communication skills will be essential for interacting with various stakeholders, while proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft is expected. Your strong data analysis and presentation skills will be crucial in supporting HR initiatives, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of human resources practices and principles.
