Job Description

Job Title:** HR Generalist - Male Only

**Location:** Noida Sector 63

**Industry:** Manufacturing / EPC

**Experience:** 6-10 years preferred

**Reporting To:** Plant Head / Director

**Key Responsibilities**

- **HR Operations & Administration**

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction, exit formalities.

- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

- Coordinate with payroll team for timely salary processing and deductions.

- **Statutory Compliance**

- Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of PF, ESIC, and other statutory contributions.

- Liaise with government authorities for inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.

- Maintain statutory registers and records as per Factory Act and applicable labour laws.

- **Factory HR & IR**

- Support factory-level HR activities including shift planning, manpower deployment, and grievance handling.

- Facilitate harmonious industrial relations and ensure adherence to standing orders.

- Coordinate with contract labour agencies and monitor compliance with CLRA provisions.

- **Labour Law & Policy Implementation**

- Stay updated on changes in labour legislation and ensure organizational compliance.

- Draft and implement HR policies aligned with legal and operational requirements.

- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to labour law compliance.

- **Employee Engagement & Welfare**

- Organize welfare activities, health camps, and awareness sessions for factory staff.

- Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, leaves, and other HR matters.

- Drive initiatives to improve employee morale and workplace culture.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labour laws.

- Hands-on experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.

- Familiarity with HRMS tools and Excel-based reporting.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in manufacturing, EPC, or industrial setups.

- Exposure to factory audits and labour inspections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
