Job Title: Executive (HR + Admin)

Experience Required: 0–2 Years
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)
Gender Requirement: Female Candidate Only
Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding & exit formalities.
• Assist in preparing HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Internship, Warning, etc.).
• Maintain HR MIS, trackers, and reports.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Coordinate with department heads for workforce requirements.

Admin Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies, housekeeping coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
• Handle visitor management, calls, courier handling, and meeting arrangements.
• Ensure smooth daily office operations and basic facility management.
• Maintain documentation, filing, and administrative records.
• Assist management with travel booking, scheduling, and office event arrangements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Good organizational and multitasking ability.
• Professional attitude, discipline, and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle admin tasks independently.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or Admin roles.
• Female candidates only.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
