As an HR Coordinator, your role involves coordinating with managers for the closure of positions and overseeing the full recruitment life cycle. This includes job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, documentation, induction, and on-boarding activities. You will be responsible for conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews, as well as organizing important events within the organization. Additionally, you will help in resolving conflicts and issues within the company, tracking employee performance, and managing benefits and compensation. Your responsibilities will also include performance management, appraisal, learning, skill development, engagement management, statutory compliance management, handling employee insurance, retention and attrition management, and off-boarding management. Qualifications required for this role include strong communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, mentoring capabilities, and interpersonal skills.
