As an HR Coordinator, your role will involve coordinating with managers for the closure of positions, knowledge on full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction, and on-boarding activities. You will be responsible for organizing important events of the organization, helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company, and keeping track of employee performance. Your duties will also include overseeing and managing benefits and compensation, performance management, appraisal, learning, skill development & engagement management, statutory compliance management, handling employee insurance, retention & attrition management, and off-boarding management. Qualifications required for this role include strong communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, mentoring & interpersonal skills.
