In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out the recruitment of operational roles at the respective center according to the manpower plan in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will plan and manage the complete recruitment cycle for operational roles, including calling for applications, short-listing CVs, conducting interviews, obtaining offer approvals, and rolling out offers. Additionally, you will coordinate with the empanelled bank to create accounts for new employees for salary and reimbursement purposes. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring new employees undergo induction programs, supporting them in on-boarding, completing all joining formalities such as issuing ID cards and signing declarations promptly, organizing employee engagement initiatives, and facilitating the goal-setting and performance appraisal processes at the center level. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating salary processing, managing tax declaration submissions, processing reimbursements and business expenses, conducting training programs, monitoring attrition levels, responding to employee queries, managing grievance redressal, and maintaining employee databases and statistics for the center.
