Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Maintain the applicant tracking system and assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment drives. Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that they complete all necessary documentation and are provided with an effective orientation. Ensure new employees are familiar with company policies, benefits, and the work environment. Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they are accurate and comply with legal requirements. Ensure employee data confidentiality and handle records in a secure and organized manner. Payroll Assistance: Support in collecting and verifying timesheets, leave requests, and attendance records for payroll processing. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries related to policies, benefits, and general HR matters. Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
