Role & responsibilities . Human Resources: Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for factory staff, workers, and contract employees. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation. Coordinate training programs, skill development initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Manage time office functions attendance, overtime, shift scheduling, and payroll inputs. Handle employee grievance redressal and ensure harmonious industrial relations. Coordinate with contractors for manpower supply and ensure compliance with contract labour regulations. 2.. Contract Management: Cordinate with contractors for manpower supply and ensure compliance with contract labour regulations. To ensure the required manpower are provided as per the shift schedules. 3. Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory and labour law requirements (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and returns as per government norms. Liaise with government officials during inspections and audits. 4. Administration: Manage general administration housekeeping, canteen, transport, security, and facility maintenance. Oversee inventory and procurement of administrative supplies. Support coordination for audits (internal and external). Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene across factory premises. Handle vendor management and service contracts for admin-related services. 5. Employee Welfare & Engagement: Organize employee welfare activities, health check-ups, and safety awareness programs. Support communication and engagement initiatives to improve employee morale and retention. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills MS Office Suite Negotiation skills Vendor Management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Possess good interpersonal skills, self-motivated & methodical Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 2 6 years of experience in Food Industry or related at Factory level. Based at factory premises; may require interaction with shop-floor and contract workforce.
