Job Description

The HR & Admin Executive position based in Kanpur with a minimum of 1 year experience in the E-commerce industry involves managing day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, leave, and employee records. You will be responsible for handling onboarding & exit formalities, coordinating recruitment activities, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, maintaining employee documentation, ensuring compliance, and managing office administration tasks like vendor coordination, inventory, and facility management are essential aspects of the role. Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures are also key responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field along with a minimum of 1 year of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the E-commerce sector. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools, as well as strong organizational and communication skills, are required. This is a full-time job with 6 working days a week, offering a salary as per industry standards and Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.,
