Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team, with 8-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
