Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive located in New Delhi. The Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing client accounts, developing and implementing strategic business plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Daily tasks involve interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members to fulfill itineraries, handle bookings, and provide support. The role also includes tracking and analyzing sales data, maintaining relationships, and continuously improving service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong client management and communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Proficiency in handling bookings and managing itineraries
• Strong understanding of the travel industry and market trends
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when required
• Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is a plus
