Executive - Finance and Accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Compliance Reporting Ensure timely completion of financial tasks including reporting, audits and filings Monitor and maintain a high completion rate for all deadlines 2.Credit Risk and Control Manage and maintain healthy credit relationships with suppliers and customers Prevent delays or defaults in credit-related transactions 3.Budget Control Oversee and control expenses in alignment with the allotted budget Implement cost-saving measures where appropriate 4.Cashflow Management Maintain positive cashflow for smooth company operations Ensure a minimum of 120 days (4 months) of positive cashflow 5.Financial Ratio Management Monitor and maintain healthy financial ratios, including: Current ratio and Quick ratio Gross and Net Profit Margins Accounts Receivable as a percentage of Sales Maintain Accounts Receivable in proportion to sales to ensure liquidity Optimize Days Sales Outstanding and Days Payables Outstanding 6.Financial Analysis and Reporting Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis 7.Risk Management Identify and mitigate financial risks across all areas of responsibility Develop and implement risk management strategies 8.Continuous Improvement Stay updated with financial best practices and regulatory changes Propose and implement process improvements in financial operations Show more Show less
