Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive Engineer in Integrated Facilities Management Corporate Solutions, your primary responsibility will be leading on-site operations and providing technical support. You will be expected to have knowledge in areas such as Low Side HVAC systems, Fire Alarm systems, Electrical systems, Pumps, and more. Your role will involve PPM documentation, report preparation, and being proficient in MS Office. Additionally, you will need to effectively communicate with account leads and facility managers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead on-site operations and provide technical support in areas such as HVAC, Fire Alarm systems, Electrical systems, etc. - Prepare PPM documentation, reports, and presentations - Communicate effectively with account leads and facility managers - Manage financial operations for the site and coordinate with vendors and suppliers - Promote teamwork and support team growth and development through training and coaching sessions Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering - Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in a facility background - Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and site teams - Competency in managing property, commercial contracts, budgets, health and safety requirements, vendor management, and property technical systems management Additional Company Details: At JLL, we believe in the power of teamwork and strive to uphold the "I am JLL" core behaviors.
