Job description:
Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications.
Assist in audit activities by maintaining error free files & documents
Able to provide training as required for the end users.
Identifying bugs & errors in the ERP software which are escalated by end users & fixing it in timely manner with patch process
Able to solve the departmental erp process issue by taking necessary CAPAs.
Enhancing process improvements & implementing best practices for better productivity.
Resolve all issues in planning procedures and analyze activities to ensure compliance to all quality and service regulations.
Customer new requirement analysis,acknowledgment & knowledge transfer to team.
Guiding the team in development,troubleshooting and problem solving techniques.
Report to manager the activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Vendor Co-ordination for ERP: Co-ordination across different functions and at interfaces of the supply chain.
Monitoring the levels of materials to ensure optimal stock is maintained.
Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
