We are seeking an Executive Director – Brand & Growth Marketing to redefine how a luxury jewellery brand connects with modern consumers across physical retail and digital ecosystems. This role owns the full spectrum of brand, growth, and customer strategy—blending heritage craftsmanship with contemporary storytelling, data intelligence, and digital acceleration.
You will shape aspiration, scale omni-channel growth, and build a brand admired nationally and globally. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks long-term about brand equity while executing with precision, speed, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Own
Brand Vision & Market Leadership
Set a clear, differentiated brand vision rooted in trust, craftsmanship, and aspiration.
Translate cultural, consumer, and category insights into compelling brand narratives.
Ensure consistency of luxury expression across retail, digital, campaigns, and experiences.
Growth, Demand & Performance Marketing
Drive sustainable revenue growth across retail, D2C, and omni-channel journeys.
Balance long-term brand building with short-term performance outcomes.
Leverage analytics, AI, and automation to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Digital, CRM & Customer Intelligence
Lead CRM, loyalty, personalization, and MarTech initiatives to grow lifetime value.
Design seamless journeys from online inspiration to offline purchase.
Use customer data to inform targeting, content, assortment focus, and experience design.
Retail, Expansion & Market Development
Partner with business teams on new store launches, flagship concepts, pop-ups, and exhibitions.
Support geographic expansion while protecting premium brand positioning.
Adapt marketing strategies to local market nuances without diluting brand equity.
Influencer, Celebrity & Experiential Platforms
Lead celebrity associations, influencer ecosystems, and designer collaborations.
Own high-impact experiential moments—exhibitions, showcases, and luxury events.
Build cultural relevance and aspiration through storytelling-led experiences.
Marketing Excellence, ROI & Governance
Own the marketing budget with a strong ROI and accountability mindset.
Build dashboards to track brand health, campaign impact, and customer metrics.
Manage agencies, partners, and internal teams for speed, quality, and scale.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
Experience & Background
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
14+ years of marketing experience with significant leadership exposure.
Strong background in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
Proven success in omni-channel brand building and digital growth.
Core Capabilities
Deep understanding of luxury consumer psychology and aspiration-led branding.
Strong command over digital marketing, CRM, personalization, MarTech, AI, and analytics.
Experience blending brand storytelling with performance and growth marketing.
