Executive Director

We invite applications from visionary and experienced academic leaders for the post of Executive Director to steer Asim Siddique Memorial Degree College toward institutional excellence and future transition to university-level recognition.

Key Responsibility:

• Provide strategic leadership across academic, administrative, and student affairs divisions.

• Drive long-term planning to upgrade the institution to university-level status.

• Oversee and guide Principal, Director of Student Affairs, Manager, and Head of Administration

(Admissions & Accounting).

• Lead curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and institutional partnerships aligned with

NEP and UGC standards.

• Represent the institution in national and international forums and engage with regulatory and

accreditation bodies (UGC, NAAC, etc.).

• Mobilize resources and promote donor relations, alumni engagement, and academic innovation.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Ph.D. from a recognized university in any academic discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education institutions.

• Strong knowledge of and comfort with computers, technology, and related systems.

• Demonstrated success in academic administration, accreditation processes, and strategic

institutional growth.

Remuneration Package

• Salary: ₹80,000 per month (INR)

• Furnished residence within or near campus
