Position Title: Executive Director Job Location: Budaun, Uttar Pradesh, India Key Responsibility: • Provide strategic leadership across academic, administrative, and student affairs divisions. • Drive long-term planning to upgrade the institution to university-level status. • Oversee and guide Principal, Director of Student Affairs, Manager, and Head of Administration (Admissions & Accounting). • Lead curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and institutional partnerships aligned with NEP and UGC standards. • Represent the institution in national and international forums and engage with regulatory and accreditation bodies (UGC, NAAC, etc.). • Mobilize resources and promote donor relations, alumni engagement, and academic innovation. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification: Ph.D. from a recognized university in any academic discipline. Experience: • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education institutions. • Strong knowledge of and comfort with computers, technology, and related systems. • Demonstrated success in academic administration, accreditation processes, and strategic institutional growth.
