Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing various digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your role will involve business development, client meetings, and managing digital marketing initiatives. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will evaluate customer experiences across different channels and touchpoints to enhance overall performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain our customer's social media presence - Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals such as ROI and KPIs - Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance - Brainstorm innovative growth strategies and execute experiments and conversion tests - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels - Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for their adoption - Demonstrate effective communication skills, including US-style copywriting and editing for clarity and precision - Must possess a strong understanding of social media, SEO/SEM, and other digital channels - Proficiency in B2B online marketing channels and website optimization techniques - Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and scheduling tools - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development - A MBA marketing graduate with excellent English language skills - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in creative briefs, conceptualization, visualization, and pitch presentations - Ability to write compelling content for digital platforms and work effectively in a team environment Qualifications Required: - Strong hold on social media, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing channels - Understanding of B2B online marketing and website optimization - Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and scheduling tools - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - MBA in Marketing with excellent English language skills - 2-5 years of relevant experience with expertise in creative briefs and pitch presentations - Ability to write engaging content for online platforms and collaborate effectively in a team setting,
