Job Description

As a part of our top-notch sales team, we are looking for young, dynamic professionals with contagious enthusiasm and a knack for innovative solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business development by prospecting potential clients, establishing long-term relationships, and identifying key decision-makers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand client requirements, devise strategies, and ensure successful project execution. Your role will involve end-to-end project ownership, focusing on revenue generation and profitability. This includes managing client meetings, setting agendas, conducting debriefs, and traveling to different locations within the country to acquire new business opportunities. Additionally, you will engage in cold-calling activities to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and develop tailored proposals to address client needs effectively. In terms of client retention, you will be expected to present new products/services, nurture existing relationships, and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations. Attending industry events and conferences, providing market insights to senior management, and identifying growth opportunities will be integral to your business development planning responsibilities. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in managing data accurately, forecasting sales targets, tracking account activities, and delivering business development training to team members. Your ability to understand the company's objectives and enhance its overall performance in the realm of business development will be essential. Ideally, you should hold a bachelor's degree (a post-graduate degree would be advantageous) and possess skills such as team management, networking, persuasive communication, public speaking, research proficiency, sales motivation, prospecting expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a managerial role (5-10 years for Sr. Managers and 2-5 years for Jr. Managers) would be desirable.
