You will be joining KPMG in India, a professional services firm affiliated with KPMG International Limited, with offices across various cities in India. As a Pre-Sales IT Infrastructure Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs, design suitable IT infrastructure solutions, and present them to clients. Your expertise in IT infrastructure, strong communication skills, and customer-focused approach will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements. - Conduct technical assessments and gather customer requirements. - Design and propose IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud solutions. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers. - Create detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, BOM (Bill of Materials), and cost estimates. - Provide technical support and expertise during the sales cycle. - Stay updated on the latest IT infrastructure technologies and trends. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners. - Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 to 7 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role in the IT infrastructure domain. - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud solutions. - Experience with leading vendors such as Cisco, Dell, HP, VMware, Microsoft, and others. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. - Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, CCNA, MCSE, VCP, etc.) are a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud platforms and Virtualization. - Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and solutions. - Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL. - Proficiency in using technical design and proposal tools.,
