Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for the role of Executive - Customer Support.

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient and responsive support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, accurate order processing, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role serves as the first point of contact for customers, coordinates with internal teams to address issues, and contributes to building long-term client relationships while supporting overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and complaints from Domestic & Export Customers.
  • Process and track customer orders accurately, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and orders.
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to streamline workflows and improve customer experience.

Work Location: Wadala, Mumbai.

Work Day: 5 days WFO
