Job Description

- Shift: US Rotational shifts (Night shift) - Both way cab facility provided Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound customer calls and provide resolution to customer queries in a clear, professional, and timely manner. 2. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. 3. Resolve customer issues, ensuring they are addressed accurately and promptly. 4. Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met consistently. Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills (verbal & written). 2. Good typing skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Graduate freshers, or HSC with up to 6 months of International BPO experience. 5. Willingness to work in night shifts.
