Job Description

What is your role

The role involves managing daily customer communication, coordinating air and sea shipments, and ensuring timely status up It includes working closely with carriers, agents, and internal teams to handle bookings, documentation, and smooth cargo movement Key responsibilities also cover filing IGM, updating and sharing DSRs, and resolving shipment-related issues efficiently

Job responsibilities

: Handle daily customer inquiries, shipment up , and service requests Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents for bookings itor cargo movement (air sea) and provide timely status up to customers Prepare quotations, share schedules, and follow up for confirmations Resolve service issues, delays, and escalation cases Maintain customer records, SOPs, shipment trackers, and MIS reports Ensure timely follow-up on pre-alerts, arrival notices, BL/AWB releases, and D O issuance Work closely with operations, documentation, and sales teams to ensure smooth shipment handling Filing IGM with airlines and shipping lines for import shipments Updating the customer DSR and sharing it with clients

What are we seeking for

: Should be fluent in English A smiling face, a healthy mind and body, and a positive attitude are a must Knowledge of operational procedures both Air Sea Strong communication and interpersonal Skills
