Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Mauji, located in Nagpur. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. This role includes developing new recipes, ensuring culinary standards are met, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management to enhance guest experiences and manage food inventory and costs effectively.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
• Experience in kitchen management and supervision of kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
