About Us:
Greenescapes offers thoughtfully curated and sustainably managed holiday homes in Wayanad, designed to provide guests with a seamless blend of comfort and nature. We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and now seek an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Executive Chef to manage our kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have expertise in local and international cuisines, a passion for sustainability, and a focus on using fresh, local ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Design seasonal, farm-to-table menus that reflect local flavors and ingredients.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Manage food costs and maintain inventory control.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create unique dining experiences for guests.
  • Stay updated on food trends and incorporate innovative cooking techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef, preferably in a luxury resort or fine-dining establishment.
  • Expertise in a variety of cuisines, with a focus on fresh, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
