About the Role

GreenEscapes is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Property Manager to lead the daily operations at Hill Rows Estate, a serene coffee plantation homestay nestled in the lush hills of Vythiri, Wayanad. We're seeking someone who thrives in nature, takes ownership, and ensures our guests experience warmth, comfort, and connection during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the estate and guest services
• Lead and coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams
• Welcome and interact with guests to ensure a seamless stay
• Oversee property upkeep and ensure standards of cleanliness and maintenance
• Handle bookings, check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate with the reservations team
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage local procurement
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Uphold GreenEscapes’ standards of sustainability, hospitality, and local integration

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or property management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer and mobile application skills (WhatsApp, Excel, etc.)
• Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a bonus)
• Comfortable living on-site and working in a natural environment
• Passion for guest service and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
