Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Haldwani for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ordering inventory, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The role includes menu development, maintaining high food quality standards, and training staff in proper cooking techniques and safety protocols. Qualifications Expertise in menu development, food preparation, and cooking techniques Experience in kitchen management and staff training Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong leadership and communication skills Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the culinary field Creativity in menu planning and presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
