Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Capex. The Executive Capex will be responsible for managing capital expenditure projects, planning and executing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring projects are completed within scope and on time. Key tasks include monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with regulations, and preparing detailed reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing capital expenditure (Capex) projects and budget planning
• Vendor coordination and project management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
