Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow scripts/guidelines while addressing different customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by going the extra mile.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated and improve performance.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Required).
  • Active listening and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Previous experience in a call center is an advantage.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance are essential.
  • Must be able to relocate or commute to Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore.
