Job Description

Role & responsibilities

B2B portal management

  • Track enquiries on B2B portals registered by the company.
  • First level correspondence and filtering right enquires to concerned department representatives.
  • Periodic updation of product details and refreshing keywords on B2B portals in-line product promotion and SEO strategies.
  • Analyzing and reporting leads and enquiry trends related to the portals managed.

Online Pharmacy Management

  • Receive new customer orders verify customer details, product information, and payment information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Inventory Management of dedicated stocks for online pharmacy
  • Check product availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are in stock before confirming orders.
  • Coordination with appointed stockiest / distributors for effective supply and replenishing of stock.
  • Coordinate with in-house, billing and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate processing and shipment of orders.
  • Monitor sales and maintain sales trackers.

Direct Promotion & Sales (Select Brands)

  • Attend to enquiries, open orders of select inhouse brands promoted and sold directly to pharma-resellers & chemists.
  • Verify customer details, order information, raise proforma invoices , collect payment information for accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, packing, shipping and tracking of such orders.
  • Inventory Management of dedicated direct promotion stocks
  • Monitor sales and maintain sales trackers.

Customer Support

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and manage the process for returns and exchanges efficiently.

Data Management & Others

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiry trackers, sales trackers, invoices and other supporting documents within the company's system.
  • Analyze and help in providing periodic performance reports related to digital promotion, lead generation activities.
  • Co-ordination with internal and external agencies for timely renewal of subscriptions, agency contracts , agreements etc.
  • Coordinate with BD Department head for quotes, documents, registration on new B2B and other promotional portals.
  • Any other roles or tasks not limited to the above but related to business development or promotion of the company or its products and services

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate with around 2-3 years experience in B2B sales or related marketing support activities.
  • Good MS Office knowledge, Internet Browsing skills.
  • Exposure to digital marketing, B2B promotional tools, Social media management shall be an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude are essentials.
  • Familiarity with B2B digital sales environments and online pharmacy workflows and / or inventory management systems shall be an added advantage.
  • Preferably residing in central suburbs of Mumbai
