Role & responsibilities Regulatory Strategies & Submissions: Develop & implement regulatory strategies for new/generic product registrations in compliance with relevant regulations and the business needs. Preparing and submitting regulatory documents like Drug Master Files (DMFs) and marketing authorization applications (MAAs) to regulatory bodies. Preparation and Compilation of dossiers in CTD & eCTD. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address regulatory queries in a timely manner. Responsible for end-to-end filing of New products (Actives / Fixed Dose Combinations / Nutritional supplements etc.) in CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organization), FSSAI, State FDA and other regulatory bodies. Filing application of ND/SND/FDC/Import Registration/Import license etc. on SUGAM portal. Track and interpret evolving regulatory requirements and assess their impact on ongoing projects. Role & responsibilities: New Business Development - Formulations Understanding product concept and pharmacology behind the molecule for better promotional methods. Data gathering and preparing techno-commercial product presentations wherever required. Performing Market research and analysis and identifying, contacting and qualifying potential business clients. Initiation of first level promotion of products through cold calling, emails and visits to target companies. Sending product specifications, samples and other details to generate interest. Arranging for personal appointments for technical presentations and commercial discussions with senior team wherever required. Role & responsibilities B2B portal management Track enquiries on B2B portals registered by the company. First level correspondence and filtering right enquires to concerned department representatives. Periodic updation of product details and refreshing keywords on B2B portals in-line product promotion and SEO strategies. Analyzing and reporting leads and enquiry trends related to the portals managed. Online Pharmacy Management Receive new customer orders verify customer details, product information, and payment information for accuracy and completeness. Inventory Management of dedicated stocks for online pharmacy Check product availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are in stock before confirming orders. Coordination with appointed stockiest / distributors for effective supply and replenishing of stock. Coordinate with in-house, billing and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate processing and shipment of orders. Monitor sales and maintain sales trackers. Direct Promotion & Sales (Select Brands) Attend to enquiries, open orders of select inhouse brands promoted and sold directly to pharma-resellers & chemists.
